My dear patients,
Our office began a 3 week closure on March 17th, as recommended by the American Dental Association to dental professionals nationwide. During this time we will only be able to treat dental emergencies.
Of course we do not know what the future holds, but we plan to reopen on April 6th. If you had an appointment scheduled between now and April 2nd, it will need to be rescheduled. For now, we are cancelling all of those appointments and not rescheduling them until the dust settles and we can enact a plan to make them up.
What is considered a dental emergency?
The goal of this closure is to help “flatten the curve” by keeping our patients from going to an Emergency Room for a dental problem. A dental emergency is a situation in which a patient is experiencing pain, swelling, or trauma. If you experience any of these symptoms during the closure, call the office and you will be seen. If you have a minor dental emergency such as a broken tooth, lost filling, lost crown or temporary crown, call the office and we will triage your need.
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding during this time. Please call the office if you have a need or any questions. We will be changing our voicemail message as needed to keep you informed of our current status.
